The Winter Great Get Together

We believe in making connections in our communities and we see Christmas as a great time to reach out and do more of this.

We take festive treats to care homes, hospital wards, libraries and food banks and have conversations with workers and people who use the services.

Christmas can be a lonely time for some and we hope to make a difference by being part of our Winter Great Get Together campaign

Getting involved in the Winter Great Get Together can be as easy as visiting a friend or neighbour who might be on their own or if you're up for doing something bigger, organising a coffee morning or community dinner.
